How long does it take to process my orders? We process website orders on daily basis, except on weekends and public holidays. All confirmed orders that drop into our website before 10 am will be processed the same day. Typically the courier partner will pick up the order from our warehouse on the same day evening.
When will I receive my orders? From the point of hand over to courier partner, typically it takes 2-3 days for Klang Valley & 3-4 days for major cities nationwide to be delivered. Do note that various factors may cause a delay in delivery. As soon as the tracking number is provided, please refer to the assigned courier partner for an accurate update.
Do you ship internationally? We currently only ship within Malaysia. We do not ship internationally at the moment.
How much is the shipping cost? Due to the assortment of products, shipping cost is calculated differently, based on weight and/or dimension. Please refer to each product description page or the cart checkout page for more information. Occasionally we may offer free shipping.
