  1. Delivery Options
    1. SWAP offer the following delivery options:
      1. Own Fleet Delivery (Klang Valley)
        Under normal circumstances, the ordered goods will be shipped and delivered, typically it takes 2 – 3 working days 1 after payment. Delivery will be handled by our own in-house team and limited to the Klang Valley area. You should be aware that various factors may cause delay in delivery and SWAP reserve the rights to extend delivery timeframes when required.
      2. Courier Service Provider (Outside Klang Valley)
        For any delivery outside Klang Valley, SWAP have partnered with the following Courier Service Provider:
        (a) GDEX 2
        (b) MTR 33
  2. Delivery Process
    1. Upon successful payment for the Product ordered, SWAP will process your order. Once your order is ready, our Own Fleet Delivery and/or Courier Service Provider will collect the order and make delivery to the address that you have provided. Our Own Fleet Delivery and/or Courier Service Provider will only make 3 attempts for delivery to your address.
    2. If you have not received the Products within the estimated delivery time, kindly notify SWAP using the contact details provided in paragraph 11 below.
    3. You should be aware that delivery may not be possible to certain locations. If this occurs, SWAP will notify you using the contact details provided with your order and arrange either for self-collection or delivery to an alternative address.
  3. Order Processing Time
    1. SWAP process website orders on daily basis, except on weekends and public holidays.
  4. Shipping Costs
    1. Due to the assortment of products, shipping cost is calculated differently, based on weight and / or dimensions. Please refer to each product description page or the cart checkout page for more information. Occasionally SWAP may offer free shipping.
    2. You shall bear the cost of postage for the delivery of the SWAP Products purchased by You.
  5. Email notifications
    1. SWAP will send updates by email, so you can stay updated on your delivery or pick up order. The number of messages you will receive will vary depending on the orders you placed.
  6. Change Address
    1. Once your order has been prepared for delivery or has been delivered, you may no longer change the delivery address. If the order is with the Courier Service Provider, you can contact them directly and they will amend your delivery address where possible.
    2. If you have not received your dispatch notification email, please contact us at 03 7940 2888.
  7. Tracking order
    1. For courier deliveries, you can track the status of your order at any time via the online order status.
    2. On the account page you can view the current status of your order, view the items ordered, see estimated dispatch and delivery times, and track your delivery.
  8. Shipping restrictions
    1. SWAP currently only ship within Malaysia and do not offer international shipping.
  9. Damaged Inquiry (Delivery)
    1. You must submit any damage inquiry within 24 to 48 hours after delivery completion. All inquiries must include delivery reference number, photos of the damaged goods/packaging, and a description of the issue.

  12. Amendment
    1. SWAP reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change the terms of this Policy at any time. The revised version will be effective at the time SWAP posts it. It is Your responsibility to check these terms periodically for changes.
  13. In this Policy:
    1. “SWAP” means SWAP Logistics Distribution Sdn Bhd trading as SWAP;
    2. “SWAP Products” means a product you have purchased from SWAP through the SWAP Website;
    3. “SWAP Website” means http://shop.swap-asia.com;
    4. “you” means the customer or person who places an order through the SWAP Website.

1 working days refer to Monday to Friday, excluding date of payment and public holidays observed in Kuala Lumpur.
2 GDEX – covers west Malaysia (WM) and east Malaysia (EM)
3 MTR – covers only east Malaysia
